Bill Cusano, Neighbor

My wife, Kathy, and I moved to Port Chester in 1999 to be close to our first grandson who was born the day we put an offer in on our home.  For seven years I commuted to NYC and then took a bus to a ferry to work in New Jersey.  During the 45 minute commute on Metro North, I kept myself busy by writing.  I have always loved to write, so it was a natural transition for me when I lost my job to turn to writing.  At first it was a way to keep me focused and motivated, but it soon became much more than that.  Today, I own a business, Cusano Marketing, which helps individuals and businesses tell their stories in print, video, and a variety of unique ways, including during job interviews and on sales calls.  I am a regular speaker at networking groups throughout Westchester and Fairfield counties and have self published a book of four simple steps to storytelling.  Since our goal in moving here from Long Island was to be close to our grandchildren, it brings me great joy to have a lifestyle that allows me to make them a priority.
