Since opening last year, Row America Rye has an "overwhelming interest" in rowing programs specifically designed for adults. Beginning this July, they are happy to announce they can accommodate.
Now offering adult beginner classes on Mondays through Thursdays from 6:30 - 8 p.m. and Saturdays and Sundays from 8:00 - 9:30 a.m. will allow adults many options to choose from for their fun new fitness plan.
The adult beginner class focuses on building skills in a 3-level program consisting of learning sculling and learning to row small boats. It is a great supplement for those training for marathons or triathlons.

According to the Rye Chamber of Commerce website, "Row America Rye is about providing a year round healthy living environment to our friends, community partners, and local businesses."
