Rye Brook 9th-Graders Win Regional Science Competition

A local team of three ninth-grade students from Blind Brook High School in Rye Brook are regional winners of the 22nd annual ExploraVision program, the world’s largest K-12 science competition, announced the sponsor, Toshiba America. 

This is a huge honor as 4,954 teams entered the ExploraVision competition and only 24 were selected as regional winners, said a spokeswoman.

Blind Brook High School held an awards ceremony to honor the winners on March 17 the Board of Education Meeting at the Blind Brook High School Auditorium.
