Rye Brook Woman Charged with DWI in White Plains

23-year-old had a BAC of .15-percent, police said.

A drunk driver on Mamaroneck Avenue and Post Road in White Plains told police she "only had one beer or so," after being pulled over by cops early Saturday morning, police said.

Police first spotted the driver—a 23-year-old Rye Brook woman—when she stopped at a green light with her headlights off, authorities said.

Cops pulled the motorist over and asked why she was not obeying traffics rules—she slurred her response and smelled of alcohol, cops said.
