A drunk driver on Mamaroneck Avenue and Post Road in White Plains told police she "only had one beer or so," after being pulled over by cops early Saturday morning, police said.
Police first spotted the driver—a 23-year-old Rye Brook woman—when she stopped at a green light with her headlights off, authorities said.
Cops pulled the motorist over and asked why she was not obeying traffics rules—she slurred her response and smelled of alcohol, cops said.
She also had glassy, bloodshot eyes, police said, and stumbled when she exited her car.
The woman was arrested, and blew a .15-percent BAC at headquarters. She was charged with a DWI, paid a $500 fine and was issued a summons for an infraction.
