The Westchester County police requested assistance with a dog locked in a car on July 20 at 6:05 p.m. on Playland Parkway and Thomas Keane Plaza. The Rye Fire Department was dispatched.
A caller reported that a dog was locked in a car near the Square House on Purchase Street on July 20 at 10:05 a.m. The car was gone when police arrived.
