Backyard Bandits Steal Metal Shelving; Jewelry Reported Stolen

Larcenies reported in the City of Rye police blotter.

A woman reported her Ipad was stolen from the Paul Hudson Salon on Purchase Street on Aug. 3 at 10 a.m.

A caller reported jewelry stolen from her residence on Island Drive on Aug. 5 at 1:43 p.m.

A complainant reported that a bicycle was stolen from the bike rack at the Rye train station on Aug. 7 at 10:23 p.m.

A Maple Avenue resident reported that unknown people in a white van stole metal shelving from his yard.
