Rye Patch Farmers' Market-Palooza

It's fresh fare fanfare for Rye Patch foodies! Rye Patch readers can patronize Farmers' Market vendors three days a week: every other Saturday in Rye Brook including today, every Sunday in Rye starting tomorrow, and every Wednesday in nearby Purchase.

The newest outlet is in Rye Brook. It has moved outdoors for the summer and opens on alternate Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at St. Paul's Lutheran Church on the corner of King St and Comly Ave.

On Saturday, Rye Brook shoppers will find the following vendors: Hudson Milk, Big Girl Baking, Madura Farms, Gaia’s Breath Farm, Kiernan Beef, KFG Olive Oil, Deb Mills, Clean Ridge Soap, Northwinds Lavender Farm, Chez Dennis, Flour City Pasta and Guyank Brand Hot Sauce. 

In June, the Rye Brook market adds Bombay Emerald Chutney, Hummingbird Ranch, Plates Restaurantand Trotta Foods.

This Sunday is opening day for the Rye Farmers' Market. Part of a network of community markets throughout Westchester County, Rye Farmers' Market is open every Sunday from 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. 

Rye vendors include: Alpacatrax, American Pride Seafood, Bombay Emerald Chutney Company, Doctor Pickle, Eden Farms Greenhouses, Feather Ridge Farm, Flourish Baking Company, Go-Go Pops, Kontoulis Family Olive Oil, Meredith's Bread, Migliorelli Farm, Newgate Farms, Our Daily Bread, Pika's Farm Table, Tierra Farm and Valley Shepherd Creamery.

Alpacatrax and Eden Farms Greenhouses are new to the mix this year.

For your mid-week farmers' fare, head to the PepsiCo Farmers' Market at 800 Anderson Hill Rd every Wednesday from 12:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. Check out the details .
