Tickets Now On Sale for 12-12-12 Sandy Benefit Concert at MSG

A star-studded music event to raise money for the Robin hood Relief Fund will be held at MSG next Wednesday.

An all-star lineup including Bon Jovi, Billy Joel, Alicia Keys, Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band, Eddie Vedder, Kanye West, Paul McCartney, Roger Waters and The Who will perform at the 12-12-12 benefit concert at Madison Square Garden next Wednesday. Eric Clapton and Chris Martin will also join the all-star lineup, it was announced today. 

The concert is presented by Chase and proceeds will benefit the Robin Hood Relief Fund, an organization that provides money, material and know-how to local organizations that are serving families and individuals in the regions hardest hit by Sandy.

"We are grateful to each and every artist that has agreed to be part of this historic night - the response has been astounding,” producers James Dolan, John Sykes and Harvey Weinstein said in a media statement. “We are just now starting to understand the true scope and devastating impact that Hurricane Sandy brought to the tri-state area and we hope, through this tremendous and unprecedented concert event, to provide the most assistance possible."

"Chase is extremely proud to join the producers of "12-12-12" to
support Robin Hood Relief," said Gordon Smith, co-CEO of Chase Consumer
& Community Banking. "New York is our home, too, and our employees and
customers were also hit hard by this storm. We hope this collaboration
of extraordinary talent can help provide more support to the people
still suffering from the storm's aftermath."

Thanks to the generosity of concert organizers, sponsors, and Robin
Hood's board of directors, every single penny from ticket purchases and
donations will go to serve the victims of Hurricane Sandy through the
Robin Hood Relief Fund.

Tickets for "12-12-12" are on sale now through Ticketmaster phones, outlets and www.ticketmaster.comwww.thegarden.com and www.radiocity.com. Tickets are available at a variety of price levels.

Ticketmaster has generously agreed to waive its ticket service charges.

If you don't buy tickets, you will still be able to watch the concert, whether you are in New York City, South America or Asia. The producers announced that the concert will be able to be seen on 34 US networks and television feeds worldwide, radio and online streaming. "12-12-12", which is presented by Chase, will be distributed across networks and feeds in North and South America, Europe, Africa, Asia and Australia. 

Event producers James Dolan, John Sykes and Harvey Weinstein issued the
following joint statement: "The fact that so many major media companies
are joining forces to distribute and stream this important event to
homes worldwide will enable us to create a tremendous and unprecedented
fundraising effort on a global scale to benefit the victims of this
devastating storm."

With every major U.S. media company airing the benefit on at least one
of their networks, 34 channels will "take over" TV for the night. Clear
Channel Media and Entertainment will broadcast the concert live on its
radio stations across the country, and will also video stream live on
iHeartRadio, Clear Channel's digital radio service, and across the
websites and Facebook pages of its 850 stations. In addition, the
concert will also stream live across several major online video
providers, as well as being streamed and promoted by several digital
media partners. The concert will also air in conjunction with the NBA's
television and online streaming broadcasts in China and simulcast live
on Clear Channel Outdoor digital billboards in Times Square, New York
City and locations in London and Paris.
