View Finder: Blossoming Spring Trees

To celebrate the scenic beauty of Spring in Rye, the View Finder highlights some blossoming trees that catch the eye.

Finally, the warm Spring weather is here to stay and with the beautiful weather has come beautiful flowers and also fascinating trees. Whether strolling through Rye Town Park, down Milton Road or grabbing a bite to eat in town, trees of all shapes and colors can be seen budding with flowers.

Rye is painted with breathtaking scenery because of the numerous colorful and flowing trees. Some of these trees include Magnolias, Pear, Oak, Cherry, Plum, and Weeping Willow. Not only are these trees gorgeous, but maybe even more interesting are the budding flowers on their branches. Next time you pass a tree, take a close look at its budding flowers. They may be small, but the beauty of these flowers is captivating.
