According to the Rye Record, the former manager at Rye Golf Club has been indicted. One has to wonder how news from a supposed secret Grand Jury proceeding makes it way to Jovanovich.
No mention was made of any current of former City of Rye official testified under oath before the Grand Jury or if Peter Jovanovich himself testified at the Grand Jury as to his own fiduciary duty.
