A Connecticut native, Bree moved to Washington, DC for college then to Italy for a semester. After graduating from The George Washington University with a B.A. in Political Science she settled into Manhattan as a freelance journalist.
Bree began writing about a vast variety of subjects from green living and sustainable food to domestic and international politics to fashion. Her work has appeared in national print and online magazines including La Cucina Italiana, OZOlife, The Green Fork, t&TNews, and Condé Nast Traveler's The Daily Traveler.
Un-settling herself once again, Bree moved just over the New York border to Greenwich starting a graduate program in journalism at Quinnipiac University. She is thrilled to be covering Rye and working in online news.
When not studying or writing, Bree can often be found searching for the prefect cup of coffee, exploring new places through their markets , and attempting to wrangle her golden retriever into proper behavior.
