The Rye Playland Beach and Pool, also known as the Government Offices County Swimming Pool, is located on the Long Island Sound. Part of the park complex, the outdoor pool is adjacent to the boardwalk. The pool is ten feet deep and contains seven racing lanes. The beach features an outdoor shower complex, a refreshment stand and a first-aid hut.
