The Bruno M. Ponterio Ridge Street School is an elementary school in the Blind Brook School District in Rye Brook. Principal Deborah Weisel is responsible for overseeing the curriculum, personnel, and student and parent affairs. Assistant Principal Tracy Taylor provides additional supervision in the building and assists the principal with administrative responsibilities. The staff also includes school psychologists, nurses, special education teachers and teachers for grades K - 5.

Principal Weisel holds "principal coffees," or meetings with parents of students in grades K-5, to discuss school issues of mutual interest, such as improving the quality of education provided.
