The Facebook pages have been made, the movement is going forward and fans have laid out their best and brightest black for today's game. The Garnets face the Huskies for the 82nd consecutive year today at 1:30 p.m. at Nugent Field. Do your part and make sure you black out today.
"In honor of the Seniors last game and the last game of the football season, we believe it is more important than ever to unite for the team, especially since Rye is the underdog versus Harrison, they need all the support and unity they can get," wrote a Rye Garnets Football user on Patch.
"If we can get every fan to wear black on the Rye Side we believe Harrison players will be spooked and confused."
