 CELEBRATE FITNESS   Senior Health & Fitness Day - Wednesday, May 25  For Ages 60+  Come and celebrate the 18th annual Senior Health & Fitness Day at the Rye Y, the nation's largest annual health promotion event for older adults. 11:00-11:30 am -- Do it Yourself Shiatsu-Self-Massage or CarFit
11:30-12:15 pm -- Special Feature Event - CONDUCTORCISE®
12:15-1:00 pm -- Luncheon and Presentation by SPRYE
