February Vacation—Teen Fitness Camp

This event requires registration.

The Teen Fitness Camp is organized by the Rye YMCA for ages 13 to 16 years. This camp includes cardiovascular workouts, strength training, group classes, swim training with personal trainers and nutritionists. The participants must be able to swim at least for a lap and run continuously for 5 minutes. The registrations for the same can be done online.
