Are You Ready for Some Football? Rye HS on MSG Tonight

The season opener for Rye High School varsity football, a rematch of last year's Class A Quarterfinal with Somers HS, airs live tonight on the cable channel.

Are you ready for some football? It's not just the NFL that's back on the gridiron, Rye High School is also having its season opener. Cable channel MSG Varsity will air the game live tonight at 7 p.m. complete with pro-style color commentary.

The game will pit the Garnets against Somers High School in Lincolndale, NY just like last year's Class A Quarterfinals.

Former New York Giant Roman Oben will make his broadcasting debut a color analyst calling the action with Keith Irizarry.
