Many of the menu entries are Americanized, but there's few families that haven't set out the paper food cartons of egg foo young, General Tso's chicken, fried egg rolls or sweet and sour chicken. Not to mention the fortune cookies. Chinese take-out restaurants are many people's first, if not only introduction to one of the world's great cuisines.
