Westchester Legislators to Discuss Attorney's Playland Decision

White Plains, NY – The Westchester County Board of Legislators (BOL) will be meeting as a Committee of the Whole on MONDAY—March 18 at 3 PM to discuss County Attorney Robert Meehan’s recent opinion concerning the BOL’s authority and responsibility to review and approve any contract having to do with Playland. The BOL will also be discussing a recent court decision and how it bears on capital projects and appointment
The meeting will be held in the BOL Conference Room on the 8th Floor of the Michaelian Office Building.
