The Club@800 Offering Hot Showers for Rye Brook Residents

A message from Mayor Joan Feinstein.

This is Rye Brook Mayor Joan Feinstein.  All blocked roadways have been cleared and Con Ed restoration crews arrived today.  Con Edison has stated that the vast majority of homes will be restored by next Friday November 9 at midnight, although some homes are beginning to get power as crews complete restoration work. 

The AJP Community Center at 32 Garibaldi Placewill remain open daily today through Sunday from 9:00 A.M. to 9:00 P.M. as a Warming Center and Community Information Center.  Residents can stop by to get warm, charge cell phones, have access to wifi, and ask questions to village staff about what we hear from Con Edison.

Dry ice is available in Armonk at the IBM /TownParkat200 Business Park Driveuntil 6:00 P.M. or until supplies run out.

The Village of Rye Brook has arranged with the Club@800 Westchester Ave. to have showering facilities available to Rye Brook residents on Saturday, November 3 and Sunday, November 4 from Noon to 6:00 PM and has 10 individual stalls for men and 7 individual stalls for women available for residents. 

The showers at the Club@800 Westchester are located at the health club at800 Westchester Aveacross from the Rye Town Hilton.  Residents should please bring ID with you and arrive through the main entrance to gain access to the building. Residents should bring their own cleansing products, shampoo, and towels.
