Rye Opens Emergency Shelter; City Council Meeting Postponed
A storm update from the City of Rye.
The City of Rye will open an emergency shelter at Whitby Castle of Rye Golf Club, 330 Boston Post Road, on Wednesday, November 7, 2012, from 9:00 P.M. to 9:00 A.M.
A Warming Center at Rye Golf Club/Whitby Castle will operate from 9:00 A.M. to 9:00 P.M.
Additionally, please note that the City Council Meeting scheduled for tonight, Wednesday, November 7th, has been POSTPONED due to Storm Conditions. The meeting will be held tomorrow, Thursday, November 8th, beginning at 8:00 p.m.
