Rye Councilman Jovanovich Recovering After Heart Attack
Jovanovich suffered a heart attack Sunday in Rye
Rye City Councilman Peter Jovanovich is recovering after suffering a heart attack Sunday at the Rye YMCA.
Jovanovich was rushed to White Plains Hospital after complaining of chest pains.
Rye Mayor Doug French said Jovanovich is recovering well.

"Peter is home from the hospital and doing great. Other than curtailing his workout routine, there will be no interruption in his official duties -- and as a friend and colleague I am very pleased to hear he is doing so well," French said.
