Rye City Board of Education to Honor State Officials

State Assemblyman George Latimer and New York State Department of Public Works Utility Engineer William Wade will be honored at the meeting Tuesday night.

From the Rye City School District:

A Board of Education meeting will be held on Tuesday, October 2. As a highlight, the meeting will begin with an Extra Mile Award presentation honoring Assemblyman George Latimer and New York State Department of Public Works Utility Engineer William Wade.

Assemblyman Latimer will join us at the meeting as we acknowledge his support of the district and his recent role in the MS/HS gas line project, which will result in reduced heating costs. Mr. Wade will also be recognized for his assistance with this effort.
