Jesus Ricra has been working on a temporary basis as the caretaker of Rye Brook’s Village Hall and AJP Community Center, but has just been hired as full-time staff.
Mayor Joan Feinstein enthusiastically welcomed Ricra in his new role as a full-time village employee at the Feb. 26 Village Board of Trustees meeting.
“Many people are here to support you Jesus, and I want to thank you for your hard work,” Feinstein said.
Ricra thanked the board for the opportunity and the crowd applauded.
