[PHOTO] Rye Town Congratulates Congregation KTI

The Town of Rye acknowledged Congregation KTI for 125 years of service.

The Town of Rye recently presented its Distinguished Service Award to Congregation Kneses Tifereth Israel for its 125 years of service to the community. 

Town Supervisor Joe Carvin congratulated Congregation President Bill Alper on the milestone achievement. 

The Conservative synagogue was established on September 19, 1887 in a private home in East Port Chester, now part of Greenwich, and serves families in Rye Brook, Port Chester, Rye and Greenwich.
