An earlier police blotter post incorrectly reported that Schubert had not been arrested and that Councilwoman Catherine Parker was present. Schubert made reference to Councilwoman Parker during his visit to Pickup's office.
Police Lt. Joseph Verille said in an email that, "Mr. Schubert was under arrest when he was escorted from City Hall and transported to police HQ."
