Police: Port Chester Man Peeing in Public Arrested on Drug Charges

The following arrest information was provided by the White Plains police Department, it does not indicate a conviction.

A Port Chester man police spotted relieving himself in a White Plains parking garage was arrested early Sunday when police discovered he was also carrying 600 milligrams of cocaine, police say.

Franky Lopez, 26, of 153 Oak St., was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 5th degree, a felony, and cited for public urination, a violation. 

Police say they noticed Lopez urinating on the pavement inside the parking garage at 9 Chester Ave. at about 1:30 a.m. Sunday. Police found the cocaine hidden in a Ziploc bag in his front right pocket, according to an arrest report.
