Police Blotter: Leaf Blower; Harassment; Raccoon on the Loose

Neighbor Problems

On Sept. 13 around 12:57 p.m. a resident reported being harassed by his neighbor on Midland Avenue, according to police reports. No arrests were made.

On Sept. 13 at 2:34 p.m. a resident file a complaint of a city code violation of a neighbor using a leaf blower on Overdale Road. The report was unfounded, according to the police blotter.

Suspicious Vehicle Reported

A suspicious vehicle was reported at Lot 4 on School Street on Sept. 14 at 1:49 p.m. The caller reported an unknown man was attempting to sell “boosted” items out of the back of a white minivan. The report was closed and no tickets were issued.

Drunk Woman in the Street

Police received a call that an intoxicated female was laying in the middle of the street arguing with her boyfriend on Sept. 16 on Maple Ave. Police responded and issued no tickets.

Raccoon in the House

On Sept. 16 at 9:31 p.m. a caller reported a raccoon on the second floor of his house on Sound Road. Police officer Lomardo responded and escorted the raccoon off premises.
