A resident was injured after kids allegedly threw snap caps on Purchase and Smith Streets on Sept. 27 at 5:50 p.m. Police could not identify which child out of a group of about 12 kids had thrown the snap caps. The kids apologized to the person that was injured upon request. EMS responded to the injury but the injured party refused medical attention.
