New Hampshire Man Charged with DWI in Rye

Police: Arrest in incident on I-95.

A New Hampshire man was charged with drunken driving Saturday afternoon on I-95 in Rye, according to State Police.

Andrew G. Welsh, 54, was arrested in connection with a 4:22 p.m. incident on the New England Thruway on the southbound side. Police said Welsh was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor.

He was later released pending a hearing in Rye City Court.

This sure looks like an [unidentified as such] sales promotion for Staples. B. On what basis does "he" assert that Rye Teachers are paying out of their own pockets for school expenses? I'm sure some are, but is it reasonable to base such a broadbrush / dramatic statement based on a nation-wide survey the source of which isn't even specified in the post? Was the survey perhaps assembled by Staples or some other business?
