Cops Taser Harrison Man After He Cursed Them Out, Resisted Arrest in White Plains

52-year-old man was drunk, according to police reports.

A Harrison man is accused of resisting arrest and disorderly conduct at the ShopRite at 1 City Place, police said, and had to be hit with a taser shock to be brought under control.

Police responded to reports of a man refusing to leave ShopRite last Sunday at about 3:44 p.m. Inside, cops found the man—a 52-year-old Harrison resident—swearing at the store's staff.

Authorities had the man leave, but when they asked for identification outside, he replied, "I don't have my f--king ID, you know who the f--k I am!" and caused a crowd to gather, police said.

As authorities tried to cuff the man, he began flailing his arms, forcing one of the three officers present to eventually use a taser, cops said.

Police said the man was drunk, and refused medical treatment. He has been charged with resisting arrest, a misdemeanor, and disorderly conduct, a violation.
