Construction at Purchase Street and Locust Avenue Tonight

Traffic will close between 7:00 p.m. and 2:00 a.m. tonight at the intersection of Purchase Street and Locust Avenue.

Planning some evening shopping or dinner on Purchase Street? You may want to plan ahead for parking and route planning.

According to Rye Police, traffic at the busy intersection of Purchase Street and Locust Avenue will be closed tonight for several hours.

There will be plenty of detour signs posted tonight diverting traffic around the downtown nexus.

Construction will be underway from 7:00 p.m. tonight through 2:00 a.m., according to a NIXLE alert sent by Rye Police.
