Resident Reports Her Own Dog Barking

On Nov. 16 at 12:16 a.m. an elderly female resident reported her dog had been barking and she was worried someone may be outside of her home on Theodore Fremd. Ave. Police check outside the home and all appeared to be in order.

Keyed Car on Mead Place

On Nov. 16 at 11:07 p.m. a person reported that sometime over the night an unknown person “keyed” his car that was parked on the street.

Truck Stuck Under Bridge

On Nov. 15 at 8:42 p.m. a motorist reported a truck stuck under the bridge at 105 Purchase Street. Police reports indicate the truck was never struck the bridge and an officer escorted it to I-287.

Fire in a Dumpster

On Nov. 15 at 6 p.m. a person reported a fire in a dumpster on Macy Road and South Road. Police Officer Klein was dispatched and the matter was transferred to Harrison Fire Department. 

Noise Complaints

A caller said there were workers in the area of Forest Ave and Manursing Ave using a saw on Nov. 15 ay 7:09 a.m.  The matter was closed with a report.

 On Nov. 15 at 9:16 a.m. a caller reported an illegally parked landscaping truck on Purchase Street and Boston Post Road. One car was sent and the incident is recorded as unfounded.

Passed Out in La Panatiere

On Nov. 14 at 8:27 p.m. a caller reported a patron passed out in La Panatiere on Milton Road. Police closed the issue with no report.

City Code Violations Reported

On Nov. 17 at 8:42 a.m. on Lowewen Court and Cnetral Ave police received a report of power equipment being used before 10 a.m. Police advised Green works landscaping of the starting time of 10 a.m.

On Nov. 18 at 8:39 a.m. police issued a warning to Reliable Lanscapers for using power equipment before 10 a.m. on Norman Drive and Norman Place. Police advised them of the proper start time.

Injured Racoon

A caller reported an injured raccoon on his property on Midland Ave on Nov. 16 at 7:48 a.m.

Coyote Sighting

Police received a report of a coyote sighting on Nov. 18 at 10:13 a.m. on Green Ave.
