I hope everyone out there has had a wonderful holiday so far. Bright and early Friday morning, I am off to Altanta to meet up with approximately 600 other Habitat for Humanity volunteers, including former President Jimmy Carter and First Lady Rosalynn Carter. We will then fly to Haiti on Saturday morning to begin our week-long build at the Santo community outside of Léogâne. I am more than a little excited about this, and very grateful for all the support I've received from family and friends.
Depending on what kind of Wi-Fi service we'll be able to get down there, I'll hopefully be sending out updates from our campsite in Gressier in the upcoming week. If you are interested in the project, please read and follow along at the following link:
