Honor Your Military Member on Rye Patch

Memorial Day is a time to remember military members we have lost. Honor yours here by posting their name and photos.

While Memorial Day is a time to reflect on the many soldiers we have lost over the centuries, it is also a time to consider the many troops we still have fighting today. Help Rye Patch honor all of our community's military, present or passed, by adding their names and photos to this article.

In the comments below, please leave his or her name, rank and years of service, and if you'd like to include any biographical information, please do.

You can add a photo to the gallery above by clicking Upload Photos and Videos beneath the photo that is already there.

Thank you to all our service men and women who have fought and are currently fighting for our country and our freedom!

A. Who the heck is "Sam Gentile"? Is "he" qualified to make the kind of postsRead More he's been making? Does he have an undisclosed financial interest in what he's posting? This sure looks like an [unidentified as such] sales promotion for Staples. B. On what basis does "he" assert that Rye Teachers are paying out of their own pockets for school expenses? I'm sure some are, but is it reasonable to base such a broadbrush / dramatic statement based on a nation-wide survey the source of which isn't even specified in the post? Was the survey perhaps assembled by Staples or some other business?
