Hospice & Palliative Care of Westchester’s Annual “Tree of Life” Reception

The community is invited to be part of the annual Hospice & Palliative Care of Westchester (HPCW) “Tree of Life.” Individuals may purchase a star/s that will be placed on HPCW’s “Tree of Life.”

With a $20 dollar donation per star, personalized gold star/s in memory or in honor of a loved one will be placed on the “Tree of Life.” With a donation of $50 or more, in addition to placing a star on the Tree, donors will receive a commemorative hand crafted porcelain ornament. As a thank you, donors are invited to HPCW’s tree lighting reception.

All proceeds benefit HPCW in its efforts to provide extraordinary and dignified comfort, care and compassion to every individual and family facing a life-threatening illness.
