Fusion of Flavors is a celebration of local cuisine featuring small plates with big tastes prepared by numerous area chefs.
The second annual event supports Port Chester-based Don Bosco Community Center and “Café Alma” its new culinary arts program. The program offers career training for teens and adults in the culinary arts including food preparation and kitchen skills.
