Tour Playland's Lot With SPI & The BOL

The Westchester County BOL (www.westchesterlegislators.com) will be holding on on-site meeting of the Committee on Labor, Parks, Planning and Housing this coming Tuesday, March 18th.

All BOL Committee meetings are open to the public, so you are allowed and encouraged to attend. The purpose of the meeting is NOT for public comments or questions, but for the LEGISLATORS to discuss SPI's plans directly with SPI on location at Playland.

If you wish to attend, please understand that you are only there in the capacity to observe and listen, there is no point in the Committee meetings allowing for public questions or comments. Please be respectful of both SPI and the Legislators and allow them to conduct their meeting without any interruptions. NO COMMENTING, NO QUESTIONS!  They are on a very very tight schedule that morning and need to get this done without getting bogged down by public input at this time.

There is a prompt start time of 9am and a hard stop time of 11am. Please keep in mind that while you may wish to speak with the Legislators while you have them there, this is not the time. They all need to leave immediately to get back to White Plains for more meetings at 11:30am that day.

You will have at least two chances to speak with them:

Weds. 3/19/14 at 7pm -a special meeting in White Plains for anyone concerned to address all of the County Legislators at once - that event is also listed here on the Patch Board, please see that listing for details.

Saturday 3/22/14 the BOL will be holding a similar walk-through meeting on-site at Playland for CONCERNED RESIDENTS!

Please mark you calendars and clear you schedules in order to attend these important events!
