MODHArts Gallery of Contemporary Realism Hosts Grand Opening Celebration of the Arts on July 18

Six Artist Exhibit Set for Grand Opening Event

NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. – June 30, 2014 – The premier art event of the year is set for Friday, July 18 as a six artist exhibition debuts the grand opening of the MODHArts  Gallery of Contemporary Realism on Westchester Place.

“We are so excited to debut this amazing gallery of contemporary realism right here in New Rochelle,” said founders Maryana Oliynyk and David Humphrey. “We have six incredible artists ready for the first exhibition in the new gallery.”

Mark Jacobson, Kevin Gordon, Oksana Tanasiv, Thomas Juliano, Susan Nagib and Lisette Overweel highlight the first exhibition in the new MODHArts Gallery of Contemporary Realism. Their art covers everything from classic automotive images to new age pastel color designs. 

“We have assembled a group of artists to exhibit as one incredible exhibition,” Oliynyk said. “There is definitely something in the collection for everyone. Trust me, you will not want to miss this amazing art event that will be the talk of the local community.”

MODAHArts Gallery of Contemporary Realism is the area’s premier gallery of modern art and photography. The gallery is open 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Wednesday, Thursday, Sunday and 12 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Friday and Saturday. Admission is free to view the gallery.
