Come meet your new best friend while joining STAR - Stamford Animal Rescue and some of our friends: Project Precious Rescue, Inc., Westchester Humane Society, Pets Alive Westchester, Cat Assistance NY, Adopt-a-Dog, Ryan's Barkery, CT Humane Society and PAWS - Norwalk on March 2nd, 2013 from 11am-3pm at the High Ridge Shopping Center (1041-1045 High Ridge Road) in Stamford, CT for our Super Pet Adoption Event.
We would also We would like to extend an invitation to all children (and parents) to come join us March 2nd from 1:00-2:00 at the Super Pet Adoption Day for a reading of "Buddy Unchained"
"Buddy Unchained" is a book that helps us all understand the importance of compassion and empathy toward animals. There will be fun activities and a discussion to help us further appreciate the special role that animals play in our lives.
The reading will be held in conjunction with our Pet Adoption Day at High Ridge Shopping Center.
