Westchester Chorale Invites Choristers to CLAP YOUR HANDS!
Westchester Chorale invites choristers to Open Rehearsals Tuesday, January 8, 15 and 22 from 7:30 - 9:45 pm at Larchmont Avenue Church. These will be the first rehearsals preparing for their May 18 concert “CLAP YOUR HANDS! GLORIOUS CHORUS AND BRASS.” They will be singing the joyous music of John Rutter’s GLORIA; Giovanni Gabrieli’s IN ECCLESIIS; Vaughan Williams’ O CLAP YOUR HANDS and K. Lee Scott’s GLORIA. The May 18 concert will be enhanced by full brass accompaniment.
Directed by Douglas Kostner, the Westchester Chorale is the chorus-in-residence of the Larchmont Avenue Church, 60 Forest Park Avenue in Larchmont.
