Come Celebrate Life, Love & The Power of Music-Charlie Scopoletti @ The Ridgefield Playhouse

Do you want to be inspired? "Two-Time Cancer Survivor Charlie Scopoletti @ The Ridgefield Playhouse will be just that...Inspirational."

On Wednesday November 6th 2013, a day before my 38th birthday, I will be headlining a show at The Ridgefield Playhouse for The Bruce Bennett Nissan LEAF Emerging Artist Series. It is with great pleasure I invite you to come celebrate life, love and the power of music with me.

As a two-time cancer survivor, after twenty-seven years from when I first picked up an instrument while going through treatment, almost twenty years of being a full-time musician, I really feel grateful and fortunate that I'm able to share my story and play my music.

For those who have never seen me perform before, my show is all about connection! I try to create moments that people will never forget, this is most important when someone comes to see my show. If they leave the show and my music or something I shared changes their world in a little way, that is what it's all about for me! I truly give all myself through my songs and I’m open when sharing the stories behind them. I hope to touch people’s hearts and then get them out of their seats dancing.

Charlie Scopoletti & The Truth (Josh Dodes-Keys, Tony Tino-Bass, Jonny G-Drums). With Special Guest Bobby Paltauf

Guitar prodigy Bobby Paltauf founded the Bobby Paltauf Band. At the age of 14-years-old, his unique blend of blues, funk, rock and jam band has already earned him a great deal of attention on the scene and he has only just begun to make his mark. Bobby has already played with some of the most notable musicians the industry has to offer such as Buddy Guy, Ivan Neviile’s Dumpstaphunk, The Meter Men.
