Election Day - Last Look at the Candidates
After a lively election season, beginning mid-summer, the final decision day has come. Today is Election Day, when thousands of voters will cast their votes for mayor and city council members for the City of Rye. Voters will also decide who they want to represent them as county legislators for districts 6 and 7. The incumbents for Rye town board, clerk and justice are unopposed this year.
From 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. residents will vote at local schools and community centers throughout the two municipalities. More on polling locations here.
