Rye Offers Summer Community Parking Option - Sign Up Friday Morning

The City Clerk’s Office has been monitoring the Metro North Parking lot and has determined that a Summer Commuter Parking Offer, for the months of July and August, will be made for 2013. Thirty (30) permits will be offered. T

he cost of the permit is $120.00. Applications will be accepted in the City Clerk’s Office beginning at 8:30 a.m. on Friday, June 28, 2013.

 Please use the front door (Village Green entrance), line up on the front steps and place your name on the sign-in sheet provided by the City Clerk. If weather is inclement, please enter through the front door (Village Green entrance) and wait in a line in the center foyer.

 REQUIREMENTS FOR PERMIT: Driver’s license (applicant’s) Vehicle Registration (current) Cash or check in the amount of $120.00 payable to the City of Rye. No credit cards will be accepted. Permits are Non-transferable and only valid from July 1, 2013 to August 31, 2013 in the Avon end of the Metro-North Parking Lot.
