RGC Manager Resigns; Ice Rink Public Hearing; Pay Your Taxes

Five things you need to know today, Jan. 15.

1.    Pay School Taxes by Feb. 1

Rye Town officials reminded residents to pay their school taxes by Feb. 1, or face a ten percent fine for being late. You can pay online here.

 2.    Scott Yandrasevich Resigns

In case you missed our breaking news alert this weekend, the Rye Golf Club Manager Scott Yandrasevich resigned from his position in a letter from his attorney to the City of Rye on Jan. 18. 3.    Rye City Council Meeting

The Rye City Council will meet at 8 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 23 at City Hall.

4.    Rye Planning Commission Meeting

The commission is scheduled to meet tonight, Tuesday, Jan. 22 at City Hall at 7:30 p.m. It is expected they will discuss the proposed Peachwave Yogurt shop for Purchase Street. Read more on that here.

5.    Rye Brook Village Board of Trustees Meeting

The village will hold the first official public hearing on Reckson’s four-rink ice facility proposal for 1100 King Street. Read more on that here.
