Playland Pool and Beach Hours Extended

An announcement from Westchester County: With several more days of hot, humid weather in the forecast, County Executive

Robert P. Astorino has extended the hours at the county-operated swimming areas by one hour starting today, Wednesday, July 17, and lasting through the duration of the heat wave.

“We can’t do anything about the heat, but by extending our swimming hours by an hour we can help residents stay just a little cooler,” Astorino said.
