There is nothing corrupt about the police department they were trying to save their lives if you read the story the kid tried to now down an officer of the law he was drunk he was driving he tried to kill someone by trying to run them over

The parents are filing frivolous law suits blaming everyone but the person who should be blamed their son the lawsuits and money if they do win will not bring back their son

People should read the story before commenting with silly comments the kid was wrong in every aspect and so was his friends and so was the bar

The cops frown on drivers who try to turn them into hood ornaments. I commend Officer Hess for using such restraint. When things like this happn in NYC, the NYPD usually empties their guns into the suspect.

This comment is for the person "m"so another words losing a child is going to help you by suing the bejesus out of them so what are you a sue happy dirt bag that thinks money will take care of everything read the story again how the kid was drunk underage in a bar driving and tried to run down a cop doing his job the kid tried to take a life and if that was me or my sibling as you asked earlier if one of us got shot it means we deserved it I'm not saying the kid deserved to die but justice is served

Wow just when u thought u heard it all. I had to close the doors to my store in 2009 no one bailed…Read More me out , corporate greed is a disgrace its all going to catch up to us. A complete economic collapse the poor hardworking people get hit with everything it is time for us to take a stand!!!
