RGC Update; MTA Fares Increase Friday; Congrats Susan Marocco

1.     Rye Golf Club Commission Meeting

The RGC Commission is scheduled to meet at 7 p.m. tonight at Whitby Castle. Read the agenda here.

2.     Rye Golf Club Investigation Complete

The Rye City Council will meet at 8 p.m. tonight in Ctiy Hall. The city council will provide an update and report on the completed Rye Golf Club investigation and the council is expected to approve a $102,000 transfer from the contingency fund to pay for the remainder of legal services used in the investigation of the Rye Golf Club. They will also discuss a $5.6 million Purchase and Sale agreement for the Lester’s building at 1037 Boston Post Road. You can read the full agenda here.

5. Happy March

Happy almost March! While it is still a chilly month, temperatures are expected to start to rise. Expect the temperature to start in the low 40s for the first week or so, and then rise to high 40s in the middle of the month and then reach low 50s by April.  Almost time to pack up the mittens, hats and scarves!
