Celebrity Chef Cat Cora will be sharing her knowledge on nutrition and gardening at at The John F. Kennedy Elementary School in Port Chester at noon Thursday. Cora founded Chefs for Humanity, a non-profit organization, as a way to bring the culinary community together in an effort to raise awareness and provide resources for educational, emergency and hunger-related causes. Westchester’s Open Door health clinics approach to improving nutrition by partnering with schools captured Cora’s attention.
