Tuesday evening's strong winds and rain knocked out power to only about 70 Con Edison customers in the Rye and Rye Brook areas.
About 61 customers are affected by one power outage on South Ridge Street, according to the ConEd power outage map. The estimated restoration time is 5 a.m. Wednesday. About five other power outages are reported by ConEdison, each affecting only one customer.
